CoLift Terms of Use

Who you are agreeing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Evgeniy Bezginov, THAILAND, SAMUT PRAKAN, MUEANG SAMUT PRAKAN, SAMRONG NUEA, 90 Moo 1, Soi Sukhumvit 72 ("we"), about your use of the CoLift app.

By creating an account you accept these terms and confirm that you have read our privacy policy. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the app.

You get the app through the App Store, so Apple's standard end user licence agreement also applies. Where our terms conflict with it, Apple's agreement prevails.

What CoLift is

CoLift is a strength-training diary. You build a program, run a workout from it and log your sets — weight and reps. The app stores your history and shows how your results change.

CoLift does not give medical advice and does not replace a coach or a doctor.

Your account

Using the app requires an account: without one your training history cannot be tied to you or restored on another device.

By registering you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you also confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has signed in to it, reset your password and write to support@getcolift.app.

Use a real email address: the password recovery code goes there.

How you may use the app

We allow you to use CoLift personally, on your own devices, for your own training. Your account is personal too: do not hand it over to other people and do not sell or rent out access to it.

The app itself — its code, design, texts and exercise catalogue — belongs to us and is protected by law. You receive no rights to it beyond the right to use the app.

What you must not do

While using CoLift, do not:

• reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app;
• call our server outside the app, automate requests, or create load that interferes with the service;
• attempt to access other people's accounts or data;
• send other people's personal data, unlawful material or abuse into the support chat;
• use the app in a way that breaks the law where you live.

If you break these rules, we may restrict or end your access.

Your data stays yours

Your training data, the exercises you create and your support messages stay yours. We do not publish them and do not show them to other users: CoLift has no feed, no comments and no user-to-user messaging.

So that the app can work, you allow us to store and process this content — solely to provide the service to you and to answer your requests. The details are in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for what you send us: do not attach material you have no rights to.

When the app may not work

We do our best to keep the app running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features and pause the service for maintenance.

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it fits your particular purpose.

We keep backups, but please do not treat CoLift as the only place your important data lives.

What we are and are not responsible for

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

We do not limit liability where the law does not allow it: for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life and health. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights apply regardless of these terms.

How to stop using the app

You can stop using the app at any time: delete your account in settings, then delete the app. What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.

We may restrict or end your access if you break these terms or if we shut the service down. If we shut it down, we will try to say so in advance.

What it costs

CoLift is free today, and there are no in-app purchases.

If paid features appear in the future, their price and terms will be shown before purchase.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Before going to court, write to support@getcolift.app — almost everything gets resolved over email.

How we change these terms

We may change these terms. For significant changes we will try to notify you separately — in the app or by email. If you keep using the app after they take effect, you have accepted them.
